VAT) Dairy exhibits £10 per animal Animals must be in the market by 10 am with cattle being allowed to leave the premises straight after judging • BVD – All breeding animals that are entered to exhibit at LiveScot must come from a herd that is negative for BVD or the individual animal must have tested negative for the BVD virus, in accordance with the BVD order 2013 prior to the event.

Calf entries will remain open until Friday 10th October Important notes for all cattle sections: A copy of the rules can be found within schedule All animals must be offered for sale Stock can arrive at Lanark from on Thursday 20th November or Friday 21st morning Cattle will be weighed on Friday 21st November Commission will be charged at 5.5% on all stock sold Sale timings (approximately): 2pm – Sheep 3.30pm - Cattle Any animal arriving without the relevant documents will not be permitted entry to the market BVD – Animals from ‘not negative’ holdings may not move unless they have an individual ‘negative’ status. Animals brought into a holding from an untested holding to be isolated and tested for the BVD virus. BVD certificate to be presented before cattle are unloaded at the market.
